Reclaim your sense of safety, balance, and inner steadiness.This experiential workshop invites participants to explore the intersection of mindfulness, gentle yoga, breathwork, and nervous system education as pathways toward grounding and healing. Designed through a trauma-informed lens, this space honors the wisdom of the body and offers accessible tools for regulation, resilience, and self-compassion.
In this workshop, you will:
Learn how trauma impacts the nervous system and why regulation matters
Practice grounding and centering techniques for moments of overwhelm
Engage in gentle, choice-based yoga and mindful movement (no experience required)
Explore breathing practices to restore connection and safety within the body
